This is satô (lowercase).
sato is used to build web-pages. Technically speaking, it is placed somewhere between a CMS-portal and a CMS-blog (see opensourcecms.com). This means that you can build web-sites with multiple pages and even multiple web-sites on the same domain using just one instance of the engine.
Sato is simple (I've been told that this is the sense of the word sato in Japanese - "simple", someone please correct me if I'm wrong), is flexible and besides text can handle pictures as well.

Requirements:
- a web-server that can run PHP4 and a MySQL database (you can install sato in an already existing database).
